Natalie is a 10 out of 10! We found our dream home when the market was cooling down. Due to our prior home taking much longer to sell than anticipated, I didn't have high hopes of our contingent offer being accepted. However, Natalie put together a strong offer which the sellers agreed to -- then she kept us in escrow even when I was sure the sellers would pull out due to our lengthened timeline. She's communicative, honest, funny (we really needed the humor at times), and very knowledgable of the surrounding Roseville/Rocklin/Lincoln area. No matter how many questions or concerns I had, Natalie addressed them in a quick and thorough manner, always making my husband and I feel like her only clients (when I know she has many more!).

It's embarrassing that I took so long to review! Natalie and Kenneth were our guiding lights during a long and frustrating house hunt. They were extremely patient, kind, responsive, flexible, and worked hard on our behalf. They set an impossible standard for every other Realtor we'll ever have to work with. Never once did they treat our kids as a burden, even though we took them to nearly every house on the hunt, since our kids needed to like the house every bit as much as us. If we ever buy in this state again, we'll call them first. If we choose any other state? We'll call them first.

WOW. Just wow! Natalie was amazing when my husband and I were looking to buy our first home. She showed us places in several cities. We placed two offers and our dream home came to be the one. Natalie worked so quickly to close and negotiate so that our bid was chosen, there were bids 50k over our offer. She found out what the seller wanted and needed nd worked with their agent so that our offer was chosen. It was the easiest, smoothest process. I have recommended her to my family and friends and she has been just as amazing with them. Highly recommend. She is efficient, patient, knowledgeable, and she is realistic, and honest...she won't lie to you. That is so important in this field. You can count on her to do her best always.

Very understanding and helpful through the entire process. We needed to close quickly and she jumped through every hoop possible to make that a reality. After close she helped set everything up for all repairs and maintenance. Amazing to work with.
